“I wanted to write you a note, because so many times we call a contractor and have trouble getting through. Then when we do and make our request the waiting begins. It is so refreshing to hear a kind voice at the other end of the line when we call. Many other companies have a robot voice that tries to assure us that our call is important to them. So I called a few weeks ago hoping you were not to busy to come up and save us from being without water at our summer place. Two days later you call to say that the problem is all fixed. Broken hydrant removed and brand new one installed and ready to go. “I about fell out of my chair”. I did not have to take time off work to go out and let you in. The utility companies make me scream with their four hour window – and they won’t let one of the kids admit them into the house.
